Located in Bury, Greater Manchester, I am an experienced Spiritual and Meditation Practitioner with many years experience in the field of counselling who believes that everyone has the right to be as happy as they can possibly be. I develop practices in my daily work and life to help people live a happier, more fulfilling life.
Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, certified by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, (GHSC) the Hypnotherapy Association, (HA) The International Hypnotherapy Association, (IHA) and the International Institute of Professional Coaches and Hypnotherapists. (IIPCH)

My focus is to help individuals be the best they can be in this life.
Why live life with the terrible burdens of addiction, fears, phobias or anxieties when you simply do not have to?
Life can sometimes be challenging enough without these situations in our lives.
My primary aim is to help people realise that they can be helped and that they are not alone.

It is my strong conviction that with a combination of tailored, structured treatments ranging from Clinical Hypnotherapy, , Nuero Linguistic Programming, (NLP) Emotional Freedom Techniques, (EFTs) and elements of General life coaching, I free people from the shackles holding them back in their life.
From weight loss, Stopping smoking, PTSD, general anxieties and disorders, I create a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs.
All Hypnotherapy sessions are conducted on Zoom so you can relax in the comfort of your own home.
